Geocache Description:

Yodogawa River flows from the confluence of three rivers in Kyoto Prefecture, down through Osaka, before emptying into the sea at Osaka Bay. This is one of a series of 300 caches hidden along the riverside. The numbers are completely random. "Usual types of containers" include magnetic bottle tops, Frisk, Mintia boxes, home-made envelopes, etc. "Usual places" may be white crash barriers, guardrails, inside gate lock boxes, bridges, cages, structures, etc.

Take a break from walking or cycling along the road, high above the river. Come and visit this old shrine, pay your respects and savour a moment of peace. Here you will find Hanakawa Shrine, and if you're lucky you'll see the danjiri too. Tenjin Matsuri is celebrated here on June 23rd and 24th. On peaceful days you will be able to wander amongst the buildings, arches, and wonder at the things you see. The cache is outside the shrine grounds. Hidden in a normal way.
