Geocache Description:

New Ferens Park - Durham City

Home to Durham City since 1995. Situated on Belmont Business Park just off A690.

Formed 1918 playing in Victory League then North Eastern League before becoming a member of Football League Division 3 North in 1921.

Replaced by Carlisle United in 1928 and moved back to North Eastern League.

Spells in Wearside League, Northern League and Northern Premier League before demotion in 2011.

Cache is small plastic canister with room for log only.

Bring a pencil to sign the log.

You'll need to use stealth to avoid those using not just the ground but also the nursery and Soccarena.
