Geocache Description:

Cache is located near a small cemetery in the Centennial Watershed State Forest.

The Centennial Watershed State Forest is 15,300 acres of land that spans Easton, Redding, Newtown and Weston, CT.

Situated along Poverty Hollow Road in Newtown is a very small and very old cemetery - The Hopewell Burying Ground.  Parking is available nearby the cemetery.

The cache is well away from the monument and graves.  You are looking for a small container that once contained mints.  Please bring your own writing utensil.

Enjoy the peaceful grounds, while being respectful of those that are laid to rest. Don't forget to note the ground cover is like natural carpeting.

It's so serene.
