The Shy Bison Multi-Cache

We're all familiar with the game preserve at South Park, and the resident bison herd that calls the park home. But did you know that there lives a lone bison some distance away? She (or he, we’re not really sure), is a reclusive sort, who will only be convinced to appear under certain "conditions".

In order to successfully log this two stage multi, you will need to be able to follow directions, and perform a small amount of problem solving at the final location.Be sure to bring your own pen, as this is a log only container.

Stage one: In addition to the coords to the final, (taped to the inside of the jar lid), you will need to take from this container a "tool". You will employ this tool at stage two to extract the log. Only one tool will be necessary per group if you're caching with others.
