A tour of Waldheim would not be complete without a stop at the western entrance to town!
The "water features" you see just west of here are an interesting indicator of climate cycles. During our years of visiting and then living in Waldheim we have seen them in mid-summer alternate between being filled with road high (or higher!) water and being dry enough to be cut for hay!
