The cache is not at the given coordinates but that's a good place to park. You should be able to see the Veterans Memorial from there. Acquire the coordinates of the Memorial and subtract .091 from the latitude and add .064 to the longitude. Follow your gizmo for about 199 meters and you should find a small plastic jar with screw on lid containing a log and some swag.
