Geocache Description:

Mathematics can be subdivided into the study of quantity, structure, space, and change (i.e. arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and analysis).

Pre-Algebra is a common name for a course in middle school mathematics. In the United States, pre-algebra is generally taught between the fifth and eight grades. The objective of pre-algebra is to prepare the student for the study of algebra.

This is a two-part muti-cache. You will find at the re-director information about a deceased person. Use the birth & death years to solve pre-algrebra exercises in order to find the final cache at N29 27.DEF, W098 22.JKL

To complete the North coordinates (DEF), solve the verbal exercise below. Then, add the difference of the two years (birth & death) shown at the posted coordinates, plus 115. EXERCISE: Windcrest High School is preparing for its annual graduation ceremony. The organizers are placing programs on all chairs. If there are 24 rows of chairs, with 26 chairs in each row, how many programs will they need to place on the chairs in all?

To complete the West coordinates (JKL), solve the following expression 7x3-8÷4. Then, add the difference of the two years found on stage 1, plus 438.
