Salendo ai Cognoli di Ottaviano per il sentiero n.2 del Parco o attraversando la Valle dell'Inferno per il sentiero n.1, si può osservare la lava a corde, cioè una particolare forma assunta dalla lava, appunto a forma di corda.
Arrivati sul posto, si nota una spaccatura nella lava, che si rivela essere una forra in miniatura.
Per trovare il cache entrare nella piccola forra dalla sua entrata inferiore, passando sotto il piccolo arco.
Percorrere la forra per qualche decina di metri, fin quando non è più possibile procedere. Salire in cima alle pietre, scendere di un metro dall'altro lato e cercare un piccolo anfratto sulla destra.
Potrebbe essere utile una piccola torcia, ma non è obbligatoria.
Portare un pò d'acqua e usare calzature da escursione.
Fare attenzione quando siete dentro alla forra, normalmente non ci sono pietre che cadono, e non ci sono pericoli particolari, ma sarebbe bene che ci sia un'altra persona con voi.
Usare la propria matita per firmare il logbook!

Going to Cognoli di Ottaviano for the path number 2 of the Park or through the Valley of Hell to the path number 1, you can see the lava "ropes", which is a particular form taken by the lava, precisely shaped rope.
Once there, you can see a long crack in the lava, which turns out to be a miniature gorge.
To find the cache, enter the small gorge from its lower entrance, passing under the small arch.
Take the gorge for a few tens of meters, until you can no longer proceed. Climb to the top of the stones, go down one meter on the other side and look for a small ravine on the right.
It might be useful a small flashlight, but it is not mandatory.
Take some water with you, and use proper shoes to perform the hike.
Be careful when you are inside the gorge, normally there are no stones falling, and there are no particular dangers, but it would be good to have another person with you.
