Sometimes when I do laps at the YMCA down the road, I like to make my way to the top of this hill.
A small pull off at the top corner is a good place to park as people like to go pretty fast around the corner.
You do not need cross over the fence.
You do not need to climb up the berm.
Tweezers may be helpful....Bring your own pen.
