PLEASE RSVP at least 2 days ahead. The restaurants would like an idea of how many people are coming so they can adjust their employees. If you have an idea for a place for us to go, please let Gosffo know. She is always looking for different places.

When is Third Wednesday?
It's not the first or second Wednesday, it's always the THIRD Wednesday of each month. More specifically, we start at 5:00 and usually carry on 'till 7:30 at the earliest (sometimes we stick around 'till 8:30). If you can't make it for exactly at 5:00, no problem. You're not considered late unless you arrive after everyone has left. It isn't uncommon for cachers to show up after 7:00, while the majority of cachers come in around 5:30 - 6:00. Extra things to keep in mind: If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at one of the events, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the events list. If a trackable sits as being listed in the event for a couple of months, the cache owner is the one that gets the e-mail from the TB owner(s). The bill for what you eat sometimes comes as a whole group bill, but mostly it is done by table or separate check. The bill will usually be tallied depending on where you are sitting when you order. It helps to have cash for the event, since not all places will do a partial bill on a credit card. Since we are a large group, gratuity is included on the checks and is 15% - 18%. It is usually listed on the check with the tax amount. Please make sure you include that when you pay.
