D Day - Plus 70 years Traditional Cache

A quick cache and dash, shouldn't be too difficult. Cache contains a log book only, please bring your own pen/pencil and replace exactly where you find it.

I have place this cache to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings, 6th June 1944.

Interesting fact about the village of Wysall, that during WW1, a total of 12 men from the village joined up and went to war. All 12 men returned safely at the end of the war. Wysall then became known as the ''Blessed Village''.
