Dear geofriends from far away.
I will be, with my non geocaching family, comging to Vancouver and stay there a few days before going east. We are coming from Grenoble in the french Alps.
I am eager to learn about the best caches I have to search and the gorgious places we have to see during our trip towards Calgary.
Being more interested in directly sharing experiences than reading in the geocache logs, or identifying the favs on a cache, or in a Lonely Planet or any travel guide to identify the place to visit, I propose to all interested geocachers to meet on sunday 6th July at 6PM.
Suspecting a serious jet lag by this time (France is 9 hours ahead), I propose the event to be as long as I am able to endure for me, and as long as you want for all others.
I picked up a place that seemed OK for me, if you have better suggestions for a sunday evening please be as kind as to let me know (I'd prefer MP rather than WA or WN for this).
So please, if you can offer in your Will Attend an hint for a place to see for our family and/or the cache to do for me, I'll be thankful.
Moreover, if some of you have Tbs with specific missions :
I'll be able to help in that field. So please bring them.
As I'm not found of this long moments of TB code identification and writing that spoils the time we spend together, I propose to those who bring TB to send me their code numbers, I'll collect them in a single list given to all the attendees. Please do this not later than thursday 3rd as we'll be traveling afterwards.
I'm also eager to see wonderful TB or GC, so if you have such please bring these pieces of artwork I'll be delighted.
I can't wait to meet BC geocachers (and to be on holidays).
