JOE RTE 4-1 Traditional Cache

JOE = Just Off Exit

Exit 1 off Route 4 doesn't even have a sign indicating that it is Exit 1 but the RV dealership and the self storage place say otherwise!  The cache is a medium lock n lock container stocked with some trade items and it is also suitable for smaller trackable items.  I placed our first owned trackable here to start its journey!  Have fun and happy caching.
