I've been pleasantly challenged by a number of local caches that were small, well-hidden, and/or deviously placed. These aren't always my favorite, at least as I'm struggling and returning 2, 3, or more times to search, but the feeling of accomplishment when I finally succeed is memorable. I'm hoping to provide this experience for you! So, in that spirit, I hope you enjoy the small, well-hidden, and deviously placed cache on or near the billboard.
