This cache is being placed for the WWFM Event in Brighton 2014.
The Observation Point is a tiny piece of land at the bottom of Cedar Street where you can sit and look out over the tranquil bay. Unfortunately, the current has deposited lots of debris in that area and it would benefit from a mini CITO event. Please be respectful of private property on either side of the path.
