Geocache Description:

Continuing the 18-caches of the TPC parkway, #4 continues eastbound along this scenic route and opens to a grass and sandy area.

Now the course begins to open up from the shaded areas of the first 3 caches. Number 4 is in an open area, so watch the traffic and stay near the sidewalk. Play up to the cache cautiously, as there are several "small dogs" on the other side of the fence. You don't have any worries from them as long as you watch for other wildlife on this side of the fence.
