This is a map of the Rock Spring Cutoff to the Northern Terminus of the Blackhawk Trail (see highlighted loop below):
After hiking this short loop (about 1.6 miles), we left some caches for the next hikers to enjoy. This trail is also open to bikers (nonmotorized only).
This particular cache is located at the southern end of the loop, in the grove of trees overlooking the road and the Rock Springs trail (on this map, "Lower Jones Ranch" in blue).
