Goddards Slang Mystery Cache

A street with a most unusual name can be found in Oadby.  Does anyone know the origin of the name?  Following the cache I placed in Chicken Alley (GC4M6QN) this is the second in an area with an unusual name.

In order to find this cache, which is NOT at the above co-ordinates, you have to learn a bit of Leicestershire dialect or slang from the little story below.

As I walked along the road the other day, I saw a van parked by the  CAUSEY(A)[ - - - - - - - - ].

Feeling quite peckish, and having finished my ROCKS(B)[ - - - - - - ], I fancied an  OAKEY(C)[ - - -   - - - - - ].

The man in the van gave me the one which I wanted and said  “COPOLT”(D)[ - - - -   - - - - ].

I asked  EMMA  CHIZZETT(E)[ - - -   - - - -   - -   - - ], paid and took my leave.

I then met an old friend who offered me a ride on his CROGGY(F)[ - - - - -  - - - ],  but I was  

 FRITONIT(G)[ - - - - - - - - - - ], so I walked home.

The co-ordinates can be found by translating the words and then numbering the letters in your answers.

 Eg. If the answer to A is ‘geocache’ (which it isn’t) then Ag would be 1, Ae would be 2 Ao would be 3 etc.
