Here's how it will go:
8:00 Everyone gathers. There will be gift tags to sign and a box to collect them in. That will be the log book.
8:05 The Music will play and ornaments will be exchanged.
8:15 The Music will end and everyone will leave with whatever ornament they are holding at that time.
If you want to participate in the ornament exchange, bring an ornament (store bought or homemade). Please wrap it up or have it in a gift bag. I would also suggest putting your cache name in there somewhere (possibly on the ornament) so when others post their attended, they can note which ornament they ended up with. When the music starts playing, start trading bags with others. When the music stops, take the bag you have and leave. When the music stops, the event is over.
You do not need to bring an ornament to attend this event, you only need to bring an ornament if you want to be part of the exchange.
