EDIT. 8-7-20. Respect going out for the original hider and those that have taken over/adopted this cache throughout the years. I will leave the original page as is. Read through it and learn some history. The name should give ample clue to this cache's location. There are some valuble items in here as well as a camera, to follow in the tradition of snapping a pic of the cache locators.
This is wilderness desert and while placing the cache we saw a gila monster. There are snakes and scorpions here as well, so take caution. This cache is acceptable for youngsters but know this...the hike can be strenuous and hot during summer months. Take water and wear sunscreen! The cache is not on the summit, but top out anyway, the view is worth it!
The trail is VERY populated during the weekends. While placing the cache we packed out a pocketful of trash! Bring a garbage bag as well.

This cache was adopted by gpatocha in October 2012. The container has been replaced with a plastic "jar". (I will try and get back up there soon with an ammo can to make it more 2001) This is 1 of the 20 active caches placed before 12/31/2001 required for my "Caching Phoenix - Like Its 2001" Thanks to RainbowRunner for keeping this active the past few years. The container is hidden under the same rock shown in the pictures. The coordinates are off slightly, so read the found logs for some hints. The pictures were taken 11+ years ago, so the trees are bigger.
Update Feb 2015 - This container has been moved about 25' by a previous cacher so the coordinates are now more accurate. This means the original photos do not help with the find. >Update. 11-21-16. This cache was adopted by DR.D from gpatocha. Keeping it alive.<
