Geocache Description:

William Miles Park is a former dairy farm. The land is now Jefferson County's newest park. The park has no facilities yet, but you'll find ponds, waterfalls, rolling woodlands and Floyds Fork.

The entrance to Miles Park is located 2 miles east of the I-265 overpass on Shelbyville Rd. The street is "Blue Heron Rd." When you turn into the park, go 1/2 mile on the paved road to a small parking area that is on the left. You can leave your car here for all Miles Park caches. Turn on your GPS and (water levels permitting) listen for the waterfall. The cache is a small round container.

Bring your own refreshments and please carry out any litter that you find. Thanks to all the cachers who are helping to clean up this park!
