A multi cache starting on the cycle track at Johnstone. The cycle track can be busy with walkers, joggers, & cyclists to some stealth may be required. The cycle track is accesible from several places along it's length and the cache jouney is accessible to both wheelchairs and buggies. You may need an able bodied helper for the final few metres to retrieve the cache.
Most convenient parking is at Morrisons Johnstone.
We had done a similar cache on the path up to Leapmore forest which has not been found for 12 months now due to extensive logging of the forest. This has now been archived as the whole area is now too dangerous. The few who found this cache said they liked the idea and enjoyed the cache so we decided to re-create it in a safer and more accessible place.
Having collected lots of dice (probably left by "The Dice Crew") and poker chips from caches, we were inspired to set a Gambling themed cache. Don't worry, no money is required nor will there be any to win. Starting at the first cache you will take a journey and hopefully find the "Jackpot". When you find the first cache you will be given a chance to gamble and be offered two locations. If you are lucky, you will be lead to a cache with further instructions and another gamble. If you are unlucky, you will find a cache but with no further co-ordinates and will have had a fruitless search (except for finding a cache of course). But you will now know that the other co-ordinates are the correct ones, so return to the previous cache and try again. If you are lucky you will find the Jackpot cache in 5 stages, if you are unlucky it will take you eight stages.
