Located near to Sumburgh Head where a visitor complex has recently opened and the lighthouse has been restored. The lighthouse was originally designed by Robert Stevenson following a visit he made with Sir Walter Scott in 1814. The area is also well known for its puffin colony as well as numerous other birds found nesting on the cliffs or feeding nearby. Seals, otters and occasionally whales can also be observed from the vantage points on the clifftop. Numerous information boards are found in the vicinity . The cache is of medium size with a log book, a pencil and a number of swappable items. It also includes a First to Find keyring and two TBs.
