This is a series of caches was developed by “G-man” – the youngest geocacher in the family. The caches are located in different parts of Wellington that have had some meaning to our family during our time here. He also dedicated the series to his sister who has been sick during most of our geocaching adventures the last few months. You will notice many of the caches are used pill bottles, etc… (our version of recycling). This series also corresponds with the 6/7/2014 Geocaching FlashMob!!!
The caches vary in difficulty, but most are not too difficult. Enjoy the series and be safe while making your way around.
This cache is located at the Intl Polo Club and its surrounding horse trails. Wellington is well known for its horse community and its varying Equestrian activities. This area is a hub of equestrian events, particularly from January to April. Though the Polo Club is only open during events, the outside area and trails around it are open 24/7. This also is a great spot to exlore many of the horse trails around here. We have mountain biked and run this area quite a bit.
It is a high muggle area, particularly during equestrian season. Please replace the cache as well as you found it. BYOP. There is a limited space for trinkets.
Congrats to K&Slucky7's on the FTF.
