This is a series of caches was developed by “G-man” – the youngest geocacher in the family. The caches are located in different parts of Wellington that have had some meaning to our family during our time here. He also dedicated the series to his sister who has been sick during most of our geocaching adventures the last few months. You will notice many of the caches are used pill bottles, etc… (our version of recycling). This series also corresponds with the 6/7/2014 Geocaching FlashMob!!!
The caches vary in difficulty, but most are not too difficult. Enjoy the series and be safe while making your way around.
This cache is located at Village Park. This Park is the hub of everything active in Wellington - baseball, football, soccer, 5k's, 4th of July, etc... I run a lot down here with the kids. This cache is right along a route we run quite a few intervals and long runs. This is a beautiful area to do just about anything. Water fountains and bathrooms are a short walk away.
Ths is a failry low muggle area, aside from the occasional jogger. GPS may jump a bit in the trees, so you may need to expand your search around the GZ. Please replace the cache as well as you found it. BYOP. There is a limited space for trinkets.
congrats to K&Slucky7's on the FTF.
