Prince Gallitzin State Park is set in the forested hills of the Allegheny Plateau cradle and home to Glendale Lake. Vistas offer scenic views of the 1,635-acre lake with its 26 miles of shoreline, which is a favorite of anglers and boaters (rentals available) and campers. Kayaking is one of the favorite things to do at the park. Varying habitat is home to many species of wildlife including a nesting pair of bald eagles.
Difficulty *** Challenging. An experienced cache hunter will find this challenging, and it could take up a good portion of an afternoon.
