De Chêneux à St Lambert
Boucle (7km) reliant le bas du village d’Ampsin et le haut du village d’Amay. 21 caches (avec très peu de HINT) sont dissimulées du bois du « Chêneux », où les chênes étaient jadis nombreux, au bois « St Lambert ». Ces chênes de jadis se retrouvent notamment dans la Collégiale d’Amay où des meirins – des bois de charpente- furent employés en 1438 pour l’installation d’un ‘beffroi de cloches’ dans la tour nord. Praticable à pied, en VTT mais également faisable en voiture (possibilité de s’arrêter non loin des caches). Récoltez les SIX indices le long du parcours afin de découvrir l’emplacement de la BONUS: N50° 33.ABC E005°17.DEF.

Wandeling (7Km) verbanden « de beneden van Ampsin » en « Amay naar boven » . 21 CACHES ( met zeer weinig hints) zijn verstopt in het bos van “Chêneux” waar vroeger de eiken heel talrijk waren. We kunnen deze eiken ook in de Collégiale van Amay vinden waar het eikenhout in 1438 werd gebruikt . “meirins” (eikenhout) werd gebruikt om het kader van de “Belfort van belletjes” in de Noorder toren te bouwen. Ga te voet of met de mountainbike of met de auto (mogelijkheid vlakbij de caches te stoppen). Profiteer van de 6 hints langs de weg om de locatie van de Bonus cache te ontdekken : N50° 33.ABC E005°17.DEF.

From Chêneux to St Lambert
Loop about 7 kilometres connecting the lower village of Ampsin to the heights of Amay. 21 Caches (with very few hints) are hidden from the woods “Chêneux” where oaks were once numerous to the woods “St Lambert. These oaks are being applied in the “Collegiale” of Amay where “meirins” were used to build in 1438 the woodwork of a “belfry bell” in the north tower. Harvest 6 hints along the way to discover the location of the BONUS cache. Passable on foot, by bike but also by car ( can stop not far from the caches).
