Geocache Description:

The Bantam River at White Memorial Conservation Area is a jewel in the Northwest Hills of Connecticut.  We will be a paddle out to Little Pond and take a group photo on the sandbar.

This is an aprés GeoJamboree paddle, because who wants to end a weekend when we're having so much fun, right?  We will meet at the parking area at noon. We will wait until 12:30 to launch to give everyone time to show up and unload. Then paddle out to Little Pond for a group photo. After that, you can head wherever you want.
If you have not been to the Bantam River, and would like a glimpse of what the River is like, check out this kayak caching video that I made with Groundspeak a few years back (and I already knew the cache was missing. Kayak Geocaching: http://youtu.be/c7mP8M230EA
