Congrats to Lurch and Bunch of Biddles for their FTF.
Easy Cache after a short walk through the woods. There are 4 other caches near here that you can grab with relative ease. I hid this with my kids. We started our geocaching adventure at Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park and so we thought it fitting to place our first cache back here where it all started for us. This will be the first of many we will add to the park.
If you have not hit up Tillie Fowler Park before. There are 3 main trails. There is a northern trail, a central trail, and then the southern mountain bike trails. This cache is in the northern trails. Park near the circle at the end of the park road near the bus parking. Then hit up the nearby CITO cache (http://coord.info/GC1NTZV) and set aside a few hours for a walk through the woods and clean things up as you go. Another option is to park near the Timuquana Cache (GCGZWM) and there is a small entrance to the park across the road. This could be a quicker way into the park to hit the more Northern Cache Route. Be careful crossing the road. It is a busy intersection. I think it is safer to just park your car in the park.
This cache used to be a unique rectangular shape that was an old USMC first aid kit. It is now a Cammo'd Parmesan Cheese Container.
NOTE: There is a letterbox nearby. We found it by accident. That is not the cache.
