The objective of this challenge:
Celebrate YOUR Geo-Anniversary by finding a geocache on the same month and day as when you found your very first geocache.
Your Geo-Anniversary date can be found on the Statistics tab of Your User Profile Page.
Qualifying Justification Methods
Submit some reasonable method to demonstrate qualification (Bookmark, text in log, etc.)
Please indicate geocache code, name, and what Geo-Anniversary you are celebrating...1 year, 2 year, etc.
A Challenge Qualifying Example
We found our very first cache on July 1, 2010.
For the purposes of this challenge, we need to show we found a cache on July 1 of any year after 2010!
We found GC2XV9G, Step up into History, on July 1, 2011, celebrating our 1 Year Geo-Anniversary of our first geocaching find!
Challenge Guidelines
- No time requirements…previous finds prior to the publishing of this challenge are acceptable.
- If you found a cache and it has since been disabled or archived, it would still be considered qualifying.
- Your own placed or adopted caches will not count towards qualifying.
- ALL cache types are acceptable for this challenge.
- A Geo-Anniversary must be at least one year.
Finding Before Qualifying
It is acceptable to find this cache prior to qualifying.
Please sign the physical log.
On the online cache page, please post a note.
When you qualify, you may then post a “Found It” log and claim the find.
