This cache was hidden as part of the
2014 Are You Geocacher Enough? Road Rally

As you head to this cache, you have the option of walking in or, if you're feeling froggy, driving in through the slop!  This pipeline "road" seems to be a haven for the skeeters though, so make sure you got yer bug dope!
