Benson Creek Share the Creek Traditional Cache

This is a paddle cache that may take some persistance to find.  It is not hard, but requires paddling up from the Kentucky River and may require a few portages.  The water was ankle deep when the cache was placed.

Do not access the cache from land since it is private property.

We've all heard about "share the road with bicycles".  How about "share the creek with vehicles"?

That describes this stretch on a warm Saturday in June.  I passed nearly a dozen pick ups that the locals drove out a half a mile on the flat creek bed.  After having a good time talking I placed this cache to invite others to enjoy the flats.

Here is the geek sharing the creek in the old 1991 Civic.  That thing would go anywhere.
