Urban's 7: ET and UFO's
Over the last few years there has been various reports of weird lights, unidentified flying objects and strange tall figures over Durban.
Here are just a few the reports and related stories trough the last few years:
2004: Roshnie Naidu, of Phoenix, could not believe her eyes when she saw a huge, pulsating, colourful light in the sky. "It looked like a massive ball of light, much brighter than the sun, with blue and purple colours filtering through. My eyes were glued to it for almost 10 minutes, it was unbelievable. I had never seen anything like it before," she said. This report appeared in several of the local papers. Check out the full news report here
2011: A passenger of an aircraft on the way to Durban filmed this video of a high speed UFO heading towards the Bluff. View footage here
2013: Jan Smith records a group of UFO's traveling fast over her area in Durban South Africa, stating: Strange lights have been appearing in the sky for the past month,sometimes alone sometimes in formation. This was captured on her mobile phone. See video here
2014: This UFO sighting was filmed in Durban, South Africa at a unknown location, view footage here
2014: Report from a resident in Queensburgh: Just witnessed a possible UFO siting. I saw an object about the size of a dim star. At first I thought it was an aeroplane but it wasn’t flashing and it was moving way too fast to be a plane. It went across the sky quite fast so I thought it was a meteor but I saw it again a few minutes later coming from the same place in the opposite direction. This repeated several times until it eventually stopped. It was completely silent.

Although no alien abductions have been reported in Durban, a well-known photo series depicting a supposed UFO, was taken on 24 July 1954 near Rosetta in the Drakensberg region. The photographer, meteorologist Elizabeth Klarer, claimed detailed adventures with an alien race, besides having had an alien lover, Akon, who would have fathered her son Ayling
