Ride for Dad is a national organization whose mission is to raise funds to save men's lives by supporting prostate cancer research and raising public awareness of the disease. Last September the first ever ATV Ride for Dad event took place in Manitoba on this trail! Last year with the help of our generous sponsors and participants we raised over $10,000 for all the special men, brothers, sons, dads and grandfathers in our lives. Plans are currently underway for the second annual ATV Ride for Dad on September 13, 2014.
Located along the Interlake Pioneer Trail, you can access the area on foot, by mountain bike, horseback, or of course an ATV or UTV. Cars, trucks, and SUVs are not allowed on the trail, so be prepared to walk in from the road to the south or north of the trail. You will get wet if you try to access from the east or west!
