After the World Wide flash mob event a group of us decided to go get a new cache and I was going to do my cache maintenance as they found them. What a great day it turned into. I nice hike with the great company of jjtgwhite, Purple Flower, Karen1962, CuriousGeorge59 and Falamazar. After reaching our furthest point Angry Birds I told the group I was going to continue going up stream to place a new cache. Without hesitation they said they would go along. After rounding yet another bend in the river we saw yet another beautiful shale waterfall. I continued further up stream to make sure I was far enough from other caches due to the way the river twists caches are not that far apart from each other if you could go in a straight line. With climbing and repelling gear a straight line may be possible. Overall this is probably close to a 2 mile round trip hike. Hope you enjoy this area as much as I do. Please do not cache alone in this area. Always have a caching buddy due to terrain. You will cross the stream several times and have large rocks to deal with and some are algea covered. Depending on water levels you may get wet.
