TOTT Test Traditional Cache

Step right up and test your Tools Of The Trade!  Step one:  Locate the cache.  Step two:  Retrieve the cache.  Sounds simple, right?  If you are prepared it will be.  Not prepared?  Come back when you are properly equipped.  Test your skill!  Prove your mettle!  Earn a smiley!  

PLEASE REPLACE EXACTLY AS FOUND AND IN THE SAME LOCATION. That should go without saying, but every time I check on this one someone has moved it to a different spot, greatly increasing the difficulty. DON'T CHANGE THE LOCATION!  This is a VERY high traffic area at most times of the day and late into the night, adding a point or two to the difficulty level.  Plan your assault accordingly to avoid the muggle horde.
