This is a tree climb but not in the traditional sence as going up will probably not get you to the cache. PS try not to fall in the water.
Also I have decided that I should let people know that this cache is able to be accessed in the winter but may not be considered by some as winter friendly. The icon as I understand it means that the geocache will remain in place through the winter not that it is easy to find in the winter. If anything the winter adds to the search which adds to the adventure.
