Geocache Description:


You are looking for a slender tube hidden in a geoacaching way.


This is one of many small community cemeteries along highway 84 west of Bismarck. They are peaceful places that just seem to need caches. This is a quick pull off right alongside the road. The cache is not on or near any of the tombstones. Please be respectful when visiting the cemetery. I always enjoy geocaching in a cemetery and looking at the various tombstones and I hope you do also.

My guess is that this area was well settled in the latter part of the 19th century due to the available farm land and proximity to the Caddo River. Many of these cemeteries seem to have begun during the same time period.
