Oak Bower Cemetery is a small cemetery in Hot Spring County located on the road to the campground by the same name. The cemetery came first. Hot Spring County was created in November 2, 1829, by the Territorial Legislature from a part of Clark County. The cemetery was established in 1884. I often wonder what life was like along the Caddo River in the late 19th Century.
