In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Raystown Lake Dam in 2014. Vice President Gerald Ford dedicated Raystown Lake Dam on June 6, 1974. You can learn more about the history of Raystown Lake at the exhibit hall in the Raystown Lake Visitor Center in the Seven Points Recreation Area.
