Nice paddle along the slough. We usually put in at the Whittaker Pond launch. You might want to bring a twig to clean away any spider webs. It's high and dry.
Level 5 for terrain because special equipment is required (a kayak), but once you are paddling, the difficulty is only about a 2, depending on how much gunk or logs you paddle through. Water levels vary, but you can paddle up to this cache, find it and replace it without getting out of your yak. Don't drop it in the water; it isn't tethered to anything. As with all caches in the area, bring scissors in case the blackberries have gone crazy.
