This search will bring you along the trail southeast of Alexander Lake in Panola Mountain State Park.
The cache is located just off the Rockdale River Trail.
Enjoy the scenery as you hike or bike these trails.
At this point on the trail, you might be heading downhill, feeling great but knowing you will have to tackle the hill on the way back.
Or you could be climbing uphill after crossing the Serpentine Bridge and really feeling the burn.
Either way, the exertion is good for you.
Now is a great time to take a rest on the bench before searching for the cache.
Exertion:
The art of convincing your body that it is a good idea to sweat, breathe heavily,
and make questionable grunting sounds while hiking uphill or biking a long climb.
It is basically your muscles staging a protest that you negotiate with snacks and the promise of a nap.
