This place is called Sum Huh Burd, located in Dundgov aimag (Middle Gobi province). The lake is seasonal, the remains/rocks of the ruined temple are flat. You can't find similar rocks nowhere around within Tens of kilometers in radius. Must have had imported from somewhere far away.
