Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. Many countries celebrate it on the third Sunday of June, though it is also celebrated widely on other days.
Many in the Bellevue area know my dad, who goes by Papa BTCO. He loves caching, and enjoys going out with myself and Mama BTCO to find caches. He definitely has some interesting stories to tell about caching. One of my favorite stories is when we went down to the Rainbow Trail in Beatrice. We spent several days down there finding all of the caches. It was nice to spend some time just with myself and my dad, doing something he loved. It's crazy that he is willing to use so much of his time in order to get a scrap of paper. But every time we find a cache, I see the glint in his eye and I know that he is thrilled to be out there.
I placed this cache to celebrate all fathers. After finding this cache, please include your favorite memory of your father in the online logbook. It can be caching related if you wish, but any story will work.
