This little, scenic stream goes unnoticed when you rush by it. But, when you stop and look around, you'll realize how nice the scenery is. This small stream is surrounded by skunk cabbage and trees and runs through a drainage pipe under the road. However, in the winter and days with little percipitation- especially August, it's hard to tell that it is a stream.
This cache is right by this stream, less than 15 feet into the woods. The container is a one pint cylindar container and the original contents are 2 golf balls, 1 rubber bracelet, a pack of 2 small rubber rings, a penny, and a gag miniature plastic traffic cone. It also has a log and pen and room for trackables. Don't wander to far into the woods, the cache isn't very far back and you'll enter private property if you go too far. Plenty of parking is around, alongside the road, and you should be able to pull over. A quick cache and dash. Screw the lid on tight to avoid water damage and put it back where you found it. Be sure to sign the log. Don't wear your best shoes for this one- might get muddy! Hopefully not a hard find- good luck!
