Just keep going up. The cache is in the highest stones on your left. You are at 526m so only 30m of ascent left! Why does the official Right of Way come up here? Well my guess is that over 60 years ago when the Definitive map was drawn up the cartographer knew there was a way up so rather than spending time to see where it actually was he just used a ruler from the corner of the wall to the trig point! The actual path is still there just below the now staired route up. It’s started getting used again by people who hate unnatural routes.
