Located at the Nursing Home up the hill in Salem, this cache should be a relatively easy find. You are looking for a waterproof matchstick container painted camo. There is a log and a small pencil inside. Please be sure to close the lid tightly to keep the moisture out, and replace the cache as you found it when you are finished.
There is plenty of parking nearby at the home or you can park right near the cache in the dirt off the side of the drive.
