Potatoes Red Traditional Cache

I tried searching red potatoes; you can find all source of recipes for them. But to find a discription of the red potatoes. All I could find, they are red skinned potatoes.

Here are some of the Red potatoes grown in Idaho.

All Red, Cherry Red, Crimson Red, Dark Red Norland, Modoc, Red Fantasy, Red Lasoda, Red Pontiac, Red Sonia, Red Thumb, Rose Red Valley, and others that do not have red in there name.

You mat see some in the stores but not all.
