This bridge spans a little crevasse of moss covered rocks. Approaching from the east will give you an excellent view of these very cool rocks. The cache is just off one of the many, and vey busy, mountain bike trails that zig zag through Balance Rock park. Use caution while on these trails, they are frequently used by very stealthy cyclists!
The Bridge series was not placed in numerical order, they were placed as I found bridges in the forest. If doing this series, it's best to park on Potter Mountain Road and take the lower trail to Bridges #3. Proceed up the hill to #2 and #4. You can then backtrack to #1 and continue down the trail to #5.
Alternatively, after #4, keep going to the Girly Girl cache and then to the Midway cache. Hop down to #5, then pick up #1 on your way back to the car. No matter what route you take, I hope you have fun!
