This cache was placed while camping at the nearby Nanga townsite in 2014 with the 1st Padbury Venture Unit.
Taking the Chuditch walktrail leads you on a near 4km return journey from the southern end of the Nanga town campsites to the Old Nanga Mill site and camping grounds. Normally there is plenty of parking in the designated camp area parking bays off of Nanga Road, although this is depending on the time of year and the popularity of the campgrounds.
The Actual cache is located a short trek off of the Chuditch walktrail, although this should not present too many difficulties for the average walker. You are looking for an ammo can which at the time of placement is painted blue (to stand out a bit) and contains two logs (one is a spare), swaps and a trackable container (for keeping future trackables together when they are staying in the cache).
At the time of placement, the cache contains:
- Two logs and four pens
- Two knife and fork sets
- A collapsible camp cup
- Fuzzy dice
There is an active travel bug for the FTF to move on to new adventures.
